Learn how you can buy credits to access additional sessions for your class or school

If you'd like to book additional Connected North sessions for your classroom or school, we provide the option of purchasing additional Credits for future use.

Each Credit costs $20, and the average session costs 10 Credits to book. Sessions that require materials to be shipped to the school have a higher cost.

Credits can be purchased in two ways: Using a Credit Card, or Requesting an Invoice. One difference is that if you use a Credit Card, the Credit(s) you purchase will be available for use immediately. Otherwise, once your invoice payment is received, the credits will be applied to your account. This can take a few weeks depending on how quickly your school, district, or education authority processes invoices.

You can access purchasing Credits either through the Get More Credits page, or by clicking the Purchase Credits button at the top right of your Credit History page. You can access either page from the My Booking Credits section of your Dashboard.

Using a Credit Card

If you'd like to purchase credits using a credit card, you'll be taken to Stripe, our payment processor, where you can enter your credit card details and complete your purchase. Stripe is a trusted third party processor, used by companies like Amazon, Google, Shopify and Salesforce. Your credit card information is not stored on the Connected North servers.

Depending on the browser being used, you may see options for Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other options. If you need to adjust the number of sessions you can do so using the Qty dropdown under the "Connected North Session Credit" heading.
